How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reserving your items at least 4–6 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability, especially for weddings and large-scale events. For last-minute needs, please contact us directly— we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you service events outside your main location?

We primarily serve the Pensacola Area, but can accommodate select events outside this area. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the distance. 

What if something gets damaged or lost?

We understand accidents happen. Minor chips or damage should be reported immediately. Our rental agreements include details about damage fees, and we work with you transparently to resolve any issues.
